Children’s Day Celebration 2023

With great enthusiasm, Hindustan International School, Padur celebrated Children’s Day on November 14th, commemorating the birth anniversary of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. This special day pays homage to Nehru’s deep affection for children, encapsulated in his famous quote, ‘I may not have time for adults, but I have enough time for children.’
The day commenced with a special assembly organized by the teachers. Our dedicated teachers went above and beyond to make the day memorable for our beloved students. The festivities commenced with a soulful rendition of the prayer song ‘Shepherd of my Soul’ by the teachers, setting a harmonious tone for the event. HISTAR teachers presented a skit centered around the theme of ‘Be responsible,’ conveying an important message to the students.
The highlight of the day was an awe-inspiring dance and singing performance by the teachers, featuring a fusion of music that not only showcased their talent but also had the students grooving along. The atmosphere was filled with joy and excitement as the students witnessed their teachers in a fun and entertaining light. The teachers showcased their talents in dance and singing, creating a vibrant atmosphere.
The primary division students were treated to an entertaining movie session, providing them with a well-deserved break and a chance to relax. The movie selection was age-appropriate, ensuring both entertainment and educational value for the young audience.
Teachers went the extra mile by creating personalized cards for each child. These thoughtful gestures added a personal touch to the celebration, making every child feel special and appreciated. These cards were thoughtfully distributed in their respective classes, adding a personal touch to the celebration. The school distributed chocolates for every child.
The Children’s Day celebrations at Hindustan School, Padur, were a resounding success. The combined efforts of the teachers created an environment filled with laughter, learning, and love.
